Consuming sustainably and fair produced goods and food? Living in harmony with nature without harming people or the environment? All this could be so great! But organic farming depends on political conditions, and individual consumer behavior isn’t just a matter of conviction, but also a matter of money.
What does a society need to promote sustainable consumption, and how can everyone participate? What influence does individual behavior have on global developments? What exactly is the ecological footprint, and what responsibility does the Global North have toward the Global South?
We set out to find answers and want to explore in practical terms what sustainable living actually means.
