Various exercises to conduct conversations and to give feedback provide impulses for dealing with conflicts in everyday life.

"Your Future in Germany - How to Get Ready for the Job Market”
A Workshop in Cooperation with kickSTART:Career

After completing their studies, many international students face a difficult phase in planning their future lives. Anyone who wants to stay and work in Germany and withdraw from the status of “student” suddenly finds himself/herself in a bureaucratic jungle. International students have the opportunity to stay in Germany for up to 18 months after graduation in order to find employment that matches their degree. Many graduates are wondering now - how can I immigrate? When do which laws apply and what must be considered? What opportunities are there in the local labor market and how can I find access to it? Who can be of assistance in the search of jobs?

We want to provide some answers to all of these questions. Florian Aug from the Career Service of the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences will give you important tips and insights for starting your career in Germany.

Saturday, 24. April 2021 / 2:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
